Cooked in an extra-spiced masala sauce with added diced onion,
tomatoes, peppers and fried garlic to give a medium strength flavour.
A rich blend of butter and aromatic herbs and spices is used to create
a mild and creamy dish. Particularly suited to chicken and lamb.
A hot and spicy dish, with ginger, coriander, onions and green chillies.
With generous spices, garlic, fresh coriander, and tomatoes.
Garlic, onion, tomato puree, red chilli, black pepper, sugar
and Lemon are extensively used to give a hot sweet/sour taste.
Cooked using slices of fresh garlic, green chillies, plum tomatoes and coriander.
Cooked in mild spices with fresh cream and almond powder to form a rich creamy sauce.
