To reduce our carbon footprint, we choose our suppliers carefully. Our fish is certified under the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) and is supplied from a sustainable source and does not contribute to the global problem of over-fishing.
The meat we use is accredited by Red Tractor which guarantees that safety, hygiene and environmental standards have been met. Our seasonal produce is sourced locally.
